Survey
From your initial enquiry our surveyor will visit you and determine the feasibility and potential of your project. We shall then construct a package in order to best suit your needs.

Quotation
We will provide you with a detailed cost analysis of the project which will form the basis of our contract.

Legal Requirements
All Brompton Cross Construction, works require plans to be drawn and building regulation approval must be obtained. In some cases planning permission is required however Brompton Cross Construction can take care of all this for you. The majority of the works require Party Wall agreements along with structural engineering calculations. This is also something we can take care of if required. We will make the necessary submissions for approvals to the relevant authorities, following which work can commence.

Construction
As well as organising trades, materials, plant & building control – our project manager will ensure that any inconvenience caused to you, the customer shall be kept to an absolute minimum. The works are carried out by our team of qualified professional operatives. Brompton Cross Construction will ensure the correct specialist is assigned to their corresponding operation and to work at the correct part of the timescale structure.
Safety
Health & Safety is a huge priority to us and is something we take very seriously. The safety of our client is of particular importance to us - in order to maintain a high level of health & safety.

Insurance
Brompton Cross Construction are fully insured in respect of all Public Liability & Employers Liability. Our Insurance provides protection to our clients, our client’s neighbours & members of the general public.

Handover
On completion of the works a final inspection is made to ensure that our usual high standards are maintained before signing off.
